Meet Dr. Terrell

Welcome to Ask Dr. Terrell! I am mediator and conflict resolution specialist with over 30 years of experience in the field of education and mediation. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership, and over 5 years of experience working as the Florida Supreme Court Family Mediator, I am uniquely qualified to help resolve conflicts of all kinds. 

My Doctorate of Education is the result of my doctoral dissertation, which combined a conflict resolution component with a school-wide discipline plan which led to a 39% decrease in student referrals. I am committed to helping individuals and families find peaceful resolution of conflict in a safe and non-judgmental environment.​
